In collaboration with property management, 3-wB Group will evaluate each building and the delivery of tax credits based on the Issue Certificate of Occupancy (CoC) and/or finished construction as applicable, to ensure that the project is successfully brought to market in a timely matter to maximize receipt of the available tax credits being allocated.
In working in conjunction with the owner’s representative construction manager and property management; Within one (1) year of completion:
Within six (6) months of construction completion:
Within three (3) month of construction completion:
**After project’s construction or rehabilitation completion and within the first year of being on-the market, the owner must submit a placed in service (PIS) package to TCAC for review. This deadline is applicable to all TCAC awarded projects.
